This is a significant update of WebChess.

The latest version of WebChess includes bug fixes, many small improvements and a significant improvement in checkmate checking.   As such, it is highly recommended that all users upgrade to 0.8.3.   Please note that 0.8.3 requires updates to the database layout (see CHANGELOG for specifics).
